Blake Search Partners was founded by Conor Blake. Conor is a qualified Property Valuer, commencing his property career in 2006 and gaining experience in the sector in Ireland and Australia.
In 2016, Conor kicked off his recruitment career, working with a global recruitment agency in Australia. Returning to Ireland in 2018, Conor helped build a market leading property recruitment team. He developed a reputation as a trusted partner for some of the best know real estate and property firms in the market.
Following this success, Blake Search Partners was established in 2023 with a simple mission: To be the recruitment partner of choice to the property sector by providing authentic advice and building long term and meaningful relationships.
With our deep understanding of the property industry and extensive networks, Blake Search Partners provide bespoke recruitment solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.
